The team at Palomar Laundry consists of a dedicated group of long-term employees, many of whom have been a part of the company for over 20 years. We are very proud of the level of quality and service that flows from their combined expertise.
Palomar Laundry is owned and managed by Ron Graham and Terrell Stephen, who jointly acquired the business in 2019. Both Ron and Terrell have many years of experience meeting the requirements of commercial laundry customers. They are excited to be heading up the efforts of the already outstanding team at Palomar.
Together, Ron and Terrell are making significant investments in state-of-the-art systems and equipment to improve quality, ensure reliability, reduce environmental impact, and provide long term cost stability for all customers.
Ron Graham
Ron Graham has been in the commercial Laundry business for over 35 years. This included oversight of multiple plants meeting the needs of over 10,000 hotel rooms daily.
Having been involved in all aspects of plant operations, customer service, and business development. Ron is uniquely skilled in identifying and delivering the ideal laundry and linen service program for hotels, resorts and a variety of other industries.
Terrell Stephen
Terrell has been working in the dry cleaning industry since he was a teenager with a part-time job. His hands-on experience combined with his formal education led to him become the owner of the largest combined dry cleaners and commercial laundry in Canada. A business with roots stretching back more than 100 years.
As the owner and hands-on operator of Perth’s Cleaners, Terrell is the largest provider of laundry and linen services to hotels in the central region of Canada. Terrell provides an eye for detail and a drive to provide unmatched service to all his customers.
